Chocolate Milkshake (made with Rice Milk)
You can use regular milk, Soya milk, Nut milk, Goat's milk, etc. Anything you prefer.
1*200ml serving is one portion of dairy.
I found this on Busy Cooks and modified it a bit for me! I replaced the sugar with stevia or splenda and also cut it down from 2.5 cups to under 2. I add this to brewed black tea - original recipe called for instant unsweetened tea.

I am a coffee fiend in the morning - it's gotta be organic fair trade french roast, carefully brewed in my Melitta one cup filter! But since I am now trying to avoid cow's milk & soy, and have long sworn off corn syrup and hydrogenated oils, my beloved SF hazelnut creamer is a thing of the past. Sigh. I have started trying to recreate it with ingredients I can eat, and this is my first attempt. Please do comment if you make this - I will be very interested in your feedback!
I tweaked the Goin Green Smoothie we usually drink. Has carrot & orange juice, strawberries, spinach and a banana. Yum!
