Delicious and nutritious. I often have half for breakfast and then take the rest to work to drink mid morning. A great snack for kids - nothing bad in here!
A delicious Green smoothie with mixed frozen fruit, spinach and a vegetable / fruit juice blend, with a splash of honey for sweetness!
Put everything into a Blender using 8 - 10 chunks of ice and blend.
Blend Raw Beet Greens, 1 C. Spinach, 1 peach, 4 dandelion green leaves, 6 green grapes, 1 apple, 2 C. Water. Liquify in blender, not juicer
1/2 C. Light Coconut Milk, 2 ripe bananas, 1 C. cut fresh pineapple, 6 green grapes, add ice. Blend to desired consistency
Put all ingredients in a blender, add ice and blend.
I experimented with this when trying to figure out what to do with the 1/4 avocado I had left in the fridge! It turned out so yummy!! It has a great balance of carbs, fat, and protein and makes a great post-workout smoothie. Plus it's high in fiber and low in sugar!
