Great smoothie for when you want something cool, can use any fruit you have on hand, I had peaches so that's what I used, have used strawberries and blueberries, could add kale or spinach to get a high nutrient veggie in there. I freeze bananas when they start to get overripe, just peel and break into pieces and freeze, then their ready for your smoothies, makes them real creamy
