This is absolutely fantastic. Made a huge batch for a Boxing Day party and they licked the sauce toureen. A bit of work, but great for that special occasion.
First try to make a reduced calorie stuffed crepe. Each stuffed crepe came out to be approx 255 calories.
Crepes are practically a godsend, since they're as good as (or in my opinion better than) pancakes though typically they have a high calorie count.
I love these as a light meal, a snack, or dessert, and they will conquer any sweets craving you have as these are absolutely delicious! And only 93 calories each, so go ahead and indulge a little :-)
Very low carb quiche, can change up meat cheese and vegetables as desired. Try to keep liquid dairy to 1/3 c for each egg used.
*Potato, raw, 5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large (remove)
*Bumble Bee Solid Albacore Tune, 10 oz (remove)
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (remove)
*White Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
*Black pepper (spice) 1 tsp, .12 tsp (remove)
I'm leaving out the rice, noodles or other major carbohydrates to create my low-carb version.
My chicken soup is very simple and takes about 20 minutes to make with an extra half hour to cook.

I have not yet modified this recipe to be lower in fat and calories. Original recipe calls for a whole chicken with skin. I plan to use boneless, skinless chicken breast on my first attempt but the calories were calculated with chicken having the skin on.
