I know, I know...but it is truly good! This recipe drops the calories from the original down to 165.6 per serving instead of 336.1. It is just as good and great for a winter's day.
These are super-crunchy right out of the oven, but if you store them in a plastic container or bag they go soft very quickly! To keep them longer than a day or so, I like putting them in a tall drinking glass where the air can circulate. Of course, you can always re-crisp them in the oven at 350F for about 6-8 minutes.

Not real goulash soup, but reminded me of what I had on a trip to Poland. Can substitute any meat for the Italian sausage. You can also add rice or pasta if you desire.
