Searching for a portable snack to eat after a workout or on the go, I could not find a low sugar, high protein granola bar recipe. I found a few recipes and created my own.
This is a great high protein, low carb, gluten free breakfast that will keep you feeling full and satisfied. This doesn't taste as healthy as it is!
Very yummy and creamy dish. You can substitute mushrooms for any other vegetable if you like. Slightly time consuming, as you have to stand over it and stir until it is finished. Recipe is easily doubled.

This is, more or less, the spaghetti (or other pasta) sauce I learned to make growing up.
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, then stir.
4. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden, keeping a close eye on it so it does't burn.
5. Let cool.
6. ENJOY!
