I changed a few ingredients to make it gluten free...just the broth and the flour.

Quick and tangy baked chicken

Chicken and broccoli in a yogurt & Mayonnaise sauce. I went according to recipe, but I think we could drop the mayo next time, and add curry spice instead and maybe an egg.

If using non-stick pan, you could use non-stick cooking spray and omit the butter, further lightening the caloric load. Also, if concerned about cholesterol, one could prepare this recipe with 1/2 cup of egg whites.

1 cup prego spaghetti sauce w mushrooms
3/4 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
add to this 3tbsp parmesan grated cheese &
1.5 grated provolone
3/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese
add to this 1 egg
parsley
garlic powder
salt /pepper

chunky bean dip to be served with tortilla chips
