In total the recipe makes 500g of candied nuts; or 25 - 20g servings. Not a huge amount but a little somthing sweet and crunchy to go with coffee instead of a cookie over the holidays. Healthier for you too than cookies.

This had started out life planned as a meringue cookie... but, apparently coconut sugar re-liquefies whipped egg whites! So, added some coconut flour - and TA DAH!
You can use any types of meats or veggies you desire! The joy of this dish is how adaptable it is.
This dish is excellent hot or cold! You can use a rotisserie chicken for this recipe or use leftover chicken from another meal. Just make sure the seasonings don't interfere with the dressing. Unseasoned chicken is best for this. Chicken may also be omitted to make a great vegetarian recipe!
