Found this recipe somewhere online and tried it. I think the wine I used was a bit too sweet, so I would go with a dryer white wine. It makes A LOT. I eat is as my meal and use about 2 cups in a serving.

2 ibs ground beef
1 box lasagna noodles cooked
1 cuo ricotta cheese
1 small diced onion
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 1ib bag mozzarella cheese
fry sausage and drain - a 1 pound roll yealds 12 oz. cooked - chop pepperoni into pieces - mix with pizza sauce - add cheese when mixture is cool. Put approxamently 2 heaping tablespoons of filling into an egg roll wrapper. Roll it up like an egg roll using water to seal. I wrap them in plactic wrap individually and freeze together in a large bag.
fry and drain sausage (1 pound tube will yield 12 oz of cooken sausage). Add tomato puree and water or tomato sauce for your desired consistency. Add all spices and sugar and allow to simmer for several (6)
