I like to use this recipe as a pizza crust recipe. Just prepare the bread as the recipe instructs, then top with sauce, cheese, and toppings before baking. Bon appetit!

cook pasta to desired texture.
grilled or sautee chicken breasts with olive oil spray or one to two tbsps of extra virgin lite olive oil or canola oil to grease grill or pan. use salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste.
Heat sauce. slice chicken into strips, place back into pan. Add pasta and sauce and mix. Pour onto plate and garnish with cheese!
Yummy, Easy, Fresh and Filling. I made this pesto when my garden Basil grew out of control and I needed to do something with it. Its awesome on chicken, fish, or pasta. It freezes well so you can enjoy the taste of summer in the middle of winter. Enjoy!
Half of my extended family is vegetarian, so our Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner spreads include a wide range of meat-free dishes. In fact, some years the turkey is a side dish to the veggie feast. This is one of my favorites. Its beautiful to look at and super tasty. I hope I've got the portions right; there might be some stuffing overflow. If there is, mix it with grains or use it to stuff a pepper or squash.
Sauce can be used on any pasta, but it is great with this lighter version of Spinach Ricotta Cannelloni. A quick and easy way to fill the tubes is by putting the filling in a ziplock bag with the corner cut (or a piping bag).
