Bisquick recipe with add cornmeal and ground oatmeal ( you can make this without grinding it) to increase fiber. Made with lowfat 1% milk. Could use with lowfat bisquick but haven't tried that yet. Each waffle is about 1/2 cup (in my 6 inch waffle iron. Spray with pam. Great with Fruit!
A tasty 3.5 oz. (100 g) healthy bar for so few calories. Highly recommend only using Carbs Solutions. I have tried several other protein powders, with very poor results.
This a basic recipe. It can be dressed up any way you wish. Glaze with pureed fruit. Substitute other dried fruits. Substitute nuts for water chestnuts. (Changes to the recipe change the nutrition.)

Chocolate chips are 1/2 tbsp per container. depending on container size. Recipie counts 8 small pops. so nutritional info has 4 tbsp.
This is a real easy recipe, especially if you are busy or have children. The actual measurements for the ingredients don't really matter, just make sure the chicken is well covered.
