While boilings eggs, drain tuna completely. Once eggs are done, peel and dice. Follow suit with the apple, dicing it as well. Once all is prepared, combine and mix with the dressing. Chill and serve!

Based off of a recipe from the book, Saving Dinner (by Leanne Ely) this recipe can easily be doubled, and the non-dairy ingredients split into two. Then the other half can be frozen and later thawed-- to make another meal. We buy the 1.25 lb. packages of ground turkey breast and use that to make 2 batches of this recipe. This is one most kids like as well.
