This recipe makes 4 nice size pancakes. It's fast and easy and tastes really good. You can add any thing you like in them, top with fresh fruit, banana's, maple syrup, cream cheese watered down with milk and a pinch of sugar, ect....
This is a fast way to make cookies. There crunchy on the outside and nice and doughy on the inside! There Gluten free and are essentially good for you! :)
I love granola! Nothing better then high protein and high fiber! It's so good on warm apples, yogurt, as cereal and just by the handful! It's fun and so easy to make. You can substitute the nuts, dried fruit and even add chocolate chips when the granola is cooled. Whatver your fancy is!
I have an abundance of cherries and I thought nothing sweeter then cherry jam on toast, or on ice cream, yogurt or oatmeal. It's so easy and so tasty!!

I am so loving Banana's lately that I thought I could make a healthy granola to munch on, put on my yogurt,oatmeal, ice cream oh it can go on everything!!. Please note this is not a sweet granola. I wanted a little break from sugar. But this is tasty and crunchy with some clumps, which is nice
