Substitute low sodium vegetable broth if you are watching your salt (I couldnt find it in the ingredient database)
This is based on changes I made to another SP recipe, trying to lower the sugar and calories. At 83 calories each they aren't quite low calorie but I think they're pretty wholesome for a cookie. Using vegetable oil instead of butter cuts a few calories and isn't as expensive as using Smart Balance.
