This is a great soup if you are congested, or just hungry! I use chicken broth that is salted, so I don't add any salt to the recipe, but you may want to. I developed this soup to use up left over roasted chicken. You can boil the meat off the bones, or use other sources of chicken.

A lighter soy-based version that satisfies the craving with a filling 11.2 grams of protein per serving.
1.Place water, sugar, salt, oil, bread flour and yeast into pan of bread machine.
2.Bake on White Bread setting. Cool on wire racks before slicing.
These are absolutely delicious and the bite size mini muffins cook quickly and leave clean-up easy.
