You can use any type of dry cake mix or brownier mix. They are delicious. Scoop a tablespoon full of mixture into the powdered sugar in a bowl. Roll in hands and place far apart on parchment paper. Bake 350 degrees for 10 - 14 minutes until light brown. Remove and cool on drying rack on parchment paper. Makes about 24 cookies.
