Delicious and filling soup. It's worth the time to make the home made broth. This is usually a day long process for me, but I freeze leftovers in 1 cup bags and pull out when I need it. Also helpful to take to family when they are sick.

2 tbspn ghee
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
2 bay leaves
1tsp curry powder
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 - 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 lb 2 oz./500 g lean ground beef or lamb
2 and 1/4 cup froen peas, i used mushrooms
These can be made like a pancake, the with the muffin top pan then come out more like a bun.
