Just something I thought of off the top of my head. I didn't want a regular turkey burger and I'm always putting tomatoes on top of something... turned out pretty good. I'm always worried about my sodium intake and sometimes I suffer taste because of it, but not this time.... I came out on top!
Good for dip--if you can find something other than crackers and bread, and great as mayo replacement.

A good quick way to have a hardy breakfast on hand. Make, cut and store in individual servings. On a rushed morning, just grab one, microwave for a minute and you're good to go. This is also fairly low carb as there is no crust.

Jicama seems to stay slightly crunchy even after steaming. Use a shredder or pulse it in the food processor to make "hashbrowns". Cook it with the sausage. You could stop right there and eat it just like that. Or serve it with eggs on the side. Really yummy.
This is the original recipe. I recommend these changes: LESS rosemary, maybe 1t. or try a little tarragon. Crab tasted a little fishy--imitation crab might really be a better choice, or just reduce the amount. A bit more garlic.
