I love fresh spinach and garlic. This recipe is my homemade take on the Chicken Mediterranean delite pizza from Papa Murphys with less calories per serving. Easy to throw together and very tasty! I left the herb chicken off, but you can definitely add some to yours if you want it.
How To Prepare: Mix all together and roll out to 1/8 in thick rectangle. Score batter into 1 in squares. Bake at 350 for 15 min (or until starts to brown), let cool and break apart. Mix separate batch of PB2 to your thickness, spread on cookie and cover with another cookie.
