I created this recipe because my boyfriend and I are trying to cut carbs and add more veggies to our diet.
These are quick and easy to grab and go. I cook a dozen and then put in baggies in the fridge. My girls love them!
Low Cal wraps that are full of flavor and easy to make. Low calorie too! Serve with brown rice for a full meal. ( 1 Wrap is about 190 Cal)

This dish tastes like it took you all day, but it can be done in 30 minutes. The chicken goes especially well with a crisp garden salad topped with any South Beach-approved dressing.

Need to add red wine vinegar to database (used cider vinegar & red wine to calc with)
Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor. mix until smooth. add a tablespoon or two of pasta water, depending on what kind of consistency you like. also feel free to add more or less garlic depending on your taste.
I liked the recipe for Sloppy Garden Joes that I found on SparkRecipe, but wanted to see nutrition info w/o the bun. We'll be using our own choice of bread/bun. I'm going to serve this with a healthy serving of already cut broccoli florets (steamed) on the side for a very quick, easy, complete meal in 30 minutes!
