8 Net Carbs. The original recipe didn't call for black beans or garlic. Those are optional and minus the beans you will save on carbs. I found that baking mine for 30 minutes proved to be enough time for the center to raise. You may use taco seasoning if you have it.
You can choose to leave out the carrots and sliced onion if you like. 600 minutes equals 10 hours.

Please understand, this is not going to taste like cornbread. But it will have the texture of it. Smother it in butter and SF jam and pretend it's the real deal! Goes amazingly with bbq, soups, or just by itself late at night :D
Despite the length of ingredients, this was an easy dish to put together. Very flavorful and is paired very well with Fauxe Baked Potato Casserole! Roast will come out very tender! Can even be made in slow cooker!
