A hummus made with one of the lower-carb beans available, black soybeans (average 8 g carbs/1/2 c. serving compared to garbanzo beans, a traditional hummus ingredient, which is about 21g/carbs per serving). Also loaded with lots of flavor thanks to lemon & fresh dill.
Serve with favorite Stir-Fry vegetables. Less than 1 Net Carb just for these wontons. Can be made with half beef and half pork or just all pork. ENJOY!
9.2NET Carbs per serving, you can lower the carbs by leaving out the beans and extra can of beef broth. Use a quart of water if you want to leave out the beef broth all together.
I found this recipe and thought how dull it sounded. Very little seasonings or spices. The fact it only called for cream cheese and cheddar cheese wasn't enough. So I added ricotta, cottage, parmesan, and if I had had it on had I would have added mozzarella.

The picture isn't mine, but it's the closest thing to what it comes out looking like! Delicious and I personally love cooking it in the crockpot. Original recipe says to roast in the oven. I've done both and I love it either way!
