Ingredients:
Beans, white, 1000 grams (remove)
*Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 3 serving (remove)
Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced (remove)
Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup (remove)
Basil, 4 tbsp (remove)
*Onion (fresh), 2 cup (remove)
Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup (remove)
Water, tap, 1.5 mL (remove)
*Grated carrot - asda fresh tastes, 200 gram(s) (remove)
*Cabanossi (beef and pork) 50 g = 10 cm, 3 serving (remove)
Lightly Fried then baked pork chops, served with a side of bacon brussell sprouts
I didn't have a oven safe skillet, so it ended up a scramble, but still really good

This is a low fat version of an old family favorite. We loved this recipe with cream cheese, but the low-fat cottage cheese version is still super tasty.
This recipe is based on the "Impossible Pie" technique of adding baking mix & milk to eggs to create a fluffy, crustless quiche. I wanted a healthier version with more eggs and less baking mix - just enough to add a fluffy texture that wouldn't make me miss having a crust. As written, this will make an 13x9 pan that will last you through the week. Great hot or cold, makes an excellent packable, grab&go breakfast that won't leave you hungry an hour later.
