Fluffy yummy Lower Carb, High protein Pancakes. Serve with Sugar free Syrup, honey or coconut Oil.
Like mini quiches but without the bread. Great for low carb diets. Using a muffin tin line the muffin tin's One ham slice. Preheat your oven to 350°. Blend eggs 1 cup of cheese onions and milk in a bowl then measure out a fourth of a cup into each muffin Tin on top of the ham. Try to prevent the egg mixture from overflowing out of the ham into the cup it makes it really hard to pull the cups out after baking. bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven you now have a prepped breakfast for a week. Makes 12 egg cups.
This is a yummy, high in protein main dish that can be eaten as a burger or alone with a salad or fresh veggies (my option)
This is very similar to a crab cake and can also be made with canned chicken or canned salmon.

This recipe has been a lifesaver for me and can be made not only with apples but also with bananas, blueberries and strawberries (what ever fruit you like)....I eat it by itself, I wrap it in a tortilla or I make cinnamon tortilla chips and dio them.....I have also tried it with vanilla pudding, cheese cake pudding as well as playing with the extracts to change it up.

Pull and cut up chicken. add diced peppers, onion, celery then mayo. salt and papper to taste. mix and serve over bed of lettuce

This common North African dish is also served in southern Spain and Italy. Often it's made as a stew because the region's farm-raised chickens require long cooking to become tender. This version is quicker because chickens in American supermarkets are more tender. Lightly blanching the olives brings out the true flavor of the fruit by removing the briny overtones. (However, blanching is optional and I use garlic stuffed olives.)
