This can be used as burrito filling, baked potato topping, eaten as is or added to a salad. I like to make burritos and freeze them to have on hand when we don't have lots of time or feel like cooking!
I used to eat these in college all the time. I went back to visit recently and rekindled my love of this sandwich. I usually use a toasted focacia roll because the onion in the focacia make the flavors of the sandwich pop that much more, but it's not good calorie wise :) I also prefer the flavor of buffalo mozzarella to the flavor of regular mozzarella but that's your call.

I can't stand the sight, or smell of mayo so I came up with a way to have tuna sandwiches long ago without the mayo. This is just a basic mix that can be dressed up anyway you'd like. I like it in pitas because it holds it all in.
