This is a very easy meal to make. It takes just 30 minutes and is classic comfort food.
You can change up the bread or use a different cheese, such as Havarti. Remember to change the calorie amount, tho. Or you could add some spinach leaves and put it in a wrap.

boil pasta till soft....dry fry all the veggies in a non stick pan...add pasta...add few drops of soya sauce...salt as per taste..(may add 1tbsp of red pest sauce)...mix well add cheese slice...and mix till cheese melts...serve
