Great taste, low fat, low carb and high in protein and only 2 WW points per serving; Awesome!!
Serve in a low carb tortilla bowl with baby spinach, top with your favorite veggies. ( add additional calories and such for the tortilla bowl )
This soup comes out creamy without the use of creams, so it is lactose and gluten free friendly. 2 WW pts./serving
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in warm corn tortilla shell.
This is a great soup recipe I found in Woman's World magazine. I love it and it is very versatile. With it being cold outside, I say "Let them eat SOUP!!!"

Use whatever seasonings you like. I opted for turmeric, ginger, black pepper and cayenne. Given the sodium in the various ingredients, I didn't add salt. I also used GV tuna, the big 6.4oz packet.
