I wasn't sure about the "meatless chicken-style" nuggets but they were delicious. The recipe was super quick and delicious. I made it in the morning before work in less than 5 minutes and then packed it up for lunch.
If you're like me, good sushi is a rare luxury, but a good tuna sandwich can be had any day of the week. This sandwich will satisfy the sushi craving without breaking the bank or your diet.
The wasabi mustard is the crucial ingredient in this sandwich. Any brand of tuna can be used, but I have listed Polar tuna out of personal preference. Note that I have used a lot of lettuce for this sandwich which will make it more filling and nutritious, but you can use less if desired.
5-7 min's prep time. You can use canned chicken in place of cooked shreded chicken breast. Line pan with Parchment paper if you prefer, cook in oven safe ware / lasagna pan.
Great warm or cold, using any lentil that is still in its skin (puy, green, brown - they have very similar nutritional information so that makes things easy)! A fabulous lunch in a wrap with a little feta and salad, particularly good with rocket (arugula).
