boil rice
trim fat off of chicken
dice Chicken
mix with oil, salt, pepper & minced garlic
fry chicken
add ginger, peas, grated carrots.
reduce heat cover.
turn off heat add chicken
Tuna Brown Rice LOW CALORIES
