I wanted a soup that was very tasty and low calorie that I could have with lunch and dinner and this I found to ber very tasty and filling. It is the "Diet Soup" with a few extra flavorful ingredients.
A soft hearty bread made from home ground flour. White wheat has almost no fiber, so I only eat this bread when the food log says I already have had enough fiber. very yummy

Shrimp stir fry using any vegetables you enjoy. I love Broccoli and cauliflower and lots and lots of mushrooms.

These are really quick to make and extremely easy. Taste great! Good for lunchboxes, kids love them. A serving is half a quesadilla sandwich. Could be healthier if no cheese was added but I prefer them cheesy

This awesome tuna salad can be used on a whole wheat bread sandwich, or on Ryvita crackers, as used here. They are VERY filling!
Add cheese and bake in toaster oven to make a crunchy tuna melt!
Good use for Easter egg left overs!
Lower fat and calories though the use of egg whites and reduced fat Miracle Whip. Served on bed of lettace, instead of bread.
