Made a few changes to the "Vegan Bean Taco Filling" found on Allrecipes.com. Very tasty burritos especially with vegan sour cream.
SUPER simple and tasty recipe that tastes delicious and is ready in under 15 minutes. Dump ingredients together, mix, form soft patties, and cook in very lightly oiled skillet. Non-stick skillets require no olive oil, but hey--it's good for ya! I like using lemon-pepper rather than plain black pepper. Sometimes I add a bit of ground tortilla chips in place of crackers, as some use due to being allergic to wheat, not just gluten. 1-2 chips ground up is enough, and none is how we eat it.
