This was a sweet and spicy dish that was very easy to make and enjoyable.
Brown turkey with onion. Mix all vegetables, taco seasoning, and ranch mix in large stew pot. Add turkey and onion once browned. Simmer on low heat until hot. Serve with sour cream and corn chips.
So simple and very good. A little higher in fat, but worth every bit! Serve with Mexican rice and steamed broccoli. Add sliced bananas drizzled with honey for desert.
