Ingredient measurements very approximate. I did not measure.... it was more of an experiment that turned out really well.
A blended soup with chicken which can be made dairy free, gluten free, corn free, and otherwise quite hypo-allergenic. Can also be made vegetarian.
A quick tuna dish which (when using brown rice pasta) is gluten and corn free. Vegetarian mayo can also be used to make it dairy free.
Whip Miracle Whip and Vinegar together. Dice up tomato and avocado into salad sized pieces. Toss all ingredients together.
The trick is to get the chicken suspended use a few balls of foil to lift the bird. Place onions, potatoes, and bell pepper slices in bottom of slow cooker then place bird on top. Sprinkle garlic, paprika, and black peper on top. Add just a touch of beer (2 oz) to coat the bottom of the cooker. finally lay lemon slices on top of your bird. Cover crockpot and cook on Low for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours.
Place onions and diced potatoes in bottom of slow cooker, then place brisket, fat side up, on top of onions. Sprinkle garlic and brown sugar on top. Add enough beer (about 4oz) to coat the bottom of the cooker. Cover crockpot and cook on Low 8-10 hours.
