This is a quick easy healthy soup that's filling and delicous on a cold day. It freezes and reheats well
Inspired by a pizza I had once. Serve alone, over a bed of lettuce or even on crackers.
This Soup is my answer to salad boredom, and even is yummy and makes a fabulous breakfast...
I sometimes add a tablespoon of sour cream to the top of each serving, or a 1/4 cup of salsa depending on my mood. It's also great with a sprinkling of freshly shredded Parmesan.
This is just a soup I threw together with foods I needed to use up from my fridge and freezer, and a few extras from the pantry to make it taste good! If you make your own Chicken Stock you can reduce the sodium further. This makes a very hearty soup, so it could be stretched further than the 16 servings listed by adding water.
Tastey, tangy no mayonnaise recipe. Good for you and so yummy! This recipe came from a wonderful older lady in our church. It was so good I had to have it. The only change I made was for Splenda in place of sugar.
I decided tomato soup needed a little kick-up. This recipe includes some heavy cream for richness and water to balance that out, but half of the liquid in it is skim milk. You could sub out the cream for more skim milk instead to reduce calorie and fat count.
This soup also tastes awesome with a dallop of sour cream (and a bit of balsamic if you're so inclined).
This recipe is found on the McCormick White Chicken Chili Mix package. We added black beans for just a different taste and to add more to the batch.
Shared from friend to friend...easy and yummy ,too. Would also be good with bits of ham and onion added to it. We eat this with Biscuits and peas or green beans.
I fell in love with Central Market's Green Chile Chicken Soup and found this version on the internet that I've modified to be lower in calories.
