On a side note, you might want to refer to it as "casserole" when you tell your husband what you're cooking for dinner. Mine wouldn't have anything to do with "Quiche".
I found this recipe in an issue of TASTE OF HOME. I've altered it to become my recipe. Very tasty use of lean pork...my family loves it.
