Recipe calls for 19oz chicken bc that was the package I had. Will work for anything around 1lb.

I used a variety of Pork, because that is what I had, but it will work with just the shoulder or sirlion roast.

This recipe uses my Kicked up Seasoned Flour Recipe, also on sparks, but any flour for coating brains will work. This recipe will also work if multiplied.
For my one-year anniversary with my boyfriend, we decided to have something special for dinner. Dinners can get kind of boring when you're new to being gluten-free, and I was craving Mongolian beef. So, I adapted a few Mongolian Beef recipes from the internet, added some brown rice, and voila! Delicious, and for 200 calories per serving, it can't be beat.
I got this recipe from an children's cookbook I had when I was a kid called Come and Get It. I made several modifications. This is a great way to get protein and hide the veggie servings. Make sure the tomatoes are fresh and juicy. If they aren't, it can be a dry meat loaf.
