A few week's ago, my boyfriend made the BEST pasta dish. With a few tweeks, I've made my own rendition and it is diving. Recipe states that it yields 6 servings, but this fills a huge pot and could easily feed 8-10!
Yummy Mexican lasagna! Hide the veggies in the sauce by steaming them, then blending them in the food processor and thats the base of your sauce and no one will taste the difference!
