This recipe is always best the next day and feeds many. I usually eat it for 2 to 3 days in a row I love it so much, and so does my dad!
First I drain 4 cans of tuna and put them into a big mixing bowl.
Next I cut up one medium size green apple and dice it with my pampered chef chopper.
Then I cut halp of a large onion and chop it up as well.
Next I cut a bunch of cilantro. I use almost the whole thing, use to your liking.
I then add about 1/4 to almost half cup of craisins.
Then I add about 1/2 cup mayo, just make sure you have enough so that it isn't dry to your liking.
Lastly, I put in red and black pepper to taste and garlic salt.
Mix it up and serve it how you like. It is great on hawaiian bread if you want splurge or also on lettuce as a salad.
Hope you enjoy as much as my family does!
