Excellent,a dn easy to prepare dish, I seriously dislike pepper so i refuse to use it, however my husband adds it to his piece.
*White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz (remove)
*Mussels, 8 oz (remove)
Squid, raw, 8 oz, boneless (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato (remove)
*oignon, 100 gram(s) (remove)
Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 packet (6 fl oz prepared) (remove)
These are excellent for an after work out lunch :) If you eat alone you may set half the mixture aside, covered in the fridge for another meal.
