This is a recipe my friend found in a magazine. It's really good and not bad for you! The original recipe calls for real mayo and regular sandwich buns. However, to save calories, I used light mayo, which is what I calculated into this recipe, and I ate it on light bread. (Toasting the bread makes the sandwich sensational!)
Enjoy!

These are a must to bake in the oven so you aren't using fat to fry them and they are crispy on the outside tender on the inside.
For a protein-packed lunch that’s easy to put together, try this tasty Open-Faced Tuna Melt you can make in 20 minutes. This lighter version of a traditional tuna melt is made with a fresh mix of tuna, veggies, seasonings, and more, layered on whole-grain bread and topped with tomato and cheddar cheese slices. It’s a delicious and healthier deli-style sandwich you’re sure to enjoy!
