This is my way of getting extra vegatables and nutrients into our diet. I just add extras to the sauce. You can switch this around many ways. I usally just look though the pantry and see what I have that day.

I have been experimenting with this recipe for a while. It remains the basic recipe for the tuna noodle that we all know and love, I have found that adding garlic or garlic salt, in addition to pepper, really makes the flavor pop. The parmesan cheese really creates an interesting and complimentary bite. All of the amounts are to taste, so the recipe need not be followed exactly.
We modified this from a recipe for Caribbean Shrimp Spread from Pillsbury Potlucks June 2008 book. We decided we didn't need any type of spread but could make this recipe into a nice salad.
This is too high in fat but oooh so yummy. It is VERY possible to reduce the calories...I had the extra calories to spend that day and decided to splurge with real butter. I had leftover broccoli cauliflower medley, you could blanche fresh or use frozen.
If you like pancakes, but don't want the gluten or carbs then this is the recipe for you. If you use agave instead of stevia plus, then omit the water. If you use watery fruit, omit the water. You can also add 1 tbsp. of vanilla whey protein as well.

You can use about any kind of fish for this recipe. I used Talapea fish instead of haddock but they didn't have Talapea fish of this chart.
