I've always used elbow macaroni for my tuna casserole. I used to put some lite ranch dressing in, but it really increased the soium content, so I now use lite sour cream along with a bit of dill weed (adjust to your liking). Between that and the Mrs. Dash it seems to season it up perfectly. You can omit the cheese: Calories-296.2; sodium-432.3; fat-4.1
This is a recipe from Taste of Home years ago that is a family favorite. I lightened it up by using egg whites and lite mayo, and added fiber by using oatmeal as opposed to bread crumbs. I generally use dried minced onion for convenience.

This is a cross between salsa and the national dish of Peru "Cheviche"(Si-vee-chay) It is extremely healthy and all the fat comes from avacado. It also uses the peruvian method of cooking seafood in the acid of citrus fruit( usually lime or lemon) And YES! It really DOES "Cook" the shrimp with no heat. It makes a beautiful presentation as well( see picture)
