threw together a week night crock pot. entering it for my own calorie intake, but feel free to try it!
This started out as a simple recipe from Campbell's soup. Over time we added rice and threw it all in a crockpot so dinner would be ready when we got home. This is now a family favorite!
This is a dish I learnt at school and we have loved ever since. The amount of ingredients below can be changed for your preference.

A tasty treat I developed years ago as a vegetarian dish and added in turkey. Good for a Sunday night meal with plenty leftovers. Freezes well, too.
The veggies can be exchanged for others, my picky eaters prefer finely diced squash since in texturally disappears into the beans and meat. And I like a LOT of spices, so taste it a few times along the way.

This recipe can be made in under 10 minutes. You can prepare the veggies and chicken before you leave for work! Goes well over rice or pasta (extra points and calories) or with a green salad or steamed veggies.

Truly comfort food! At only 154 calories per serving, 4 grams of fat and 14 and 1/2 carbs per serving, this is a very good substitute for the fast food fried chicken.
Random thing I made for a heavy dose of protein. Just grabbed some chicken breasts, 2 eggs, and a medium russet potato then tossed them in a skillet. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Prep and cook time is just estimated.
I love this recipe because it is tasty and you get in all sorts of healthy stuff like your veggies, lean protein, healthy fats, and whole grains.
