I use a breadmaker to make this dough for pizza (2 large thick crust) or rolls.

Serving size is 1/2 cup.
I use hand blend about 1/8 of the mixture after it's all together. Tastes better the second day.

Fresh pineapple juice, tropical carrot juice and sparkling mineral water make a low calorie, not as sweet 'soda' for 70-ish calories.

Mix cool whip with 2 Yoplait thick and creamy strawberry low fat yogurts. When well blended, add 1 pkg of Jello (Sugar free) directly from the box (don't add water) and mix well with yogurt and cool whip until completely mixed. Put into grahm crack pie crust and refrigerate. You can also add sliced strawberries right before serving to "dress it up). Yummy!!!!
