I was really hungry one day and saw potato chips and thought i would make some dip to go with it.
Then I started thinking that maybe making a low fat low carb dip that would be filling and delicious.
So I look into my cabinets and found all the ingredients and just started creating something.
Funny after I finished making it I was no longer hungry.

Ingredients:
*Whole Wheat Flower, 1 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded (remove)
*RAW TOMATO, 1 serving (remove)
*grilled checken breast cubes, 1 serving (remove)
This is a great alternative to traditional lasagna. There is no pasta, so it is very low carb and high in vegetables. And at only 270 calories a serving, it makes a great, low cal option for dieters.
