Low-fat dip that can be served warm or cold, on veggies, bread or crackers. Other things can be added for taste, such as garlic or some sort of hot spice of your choice.
tomato 3, carrot 2 and onion 1.finely chopped.
Place a pan on the stove, pour 2 spoons of oil, fry onion till light brown, add carrot cook for 3-4 minutes, then add tomatoes and cover the lid . cook for 5-7 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. Then blend in a mixie, add little water and 1 tsp salt, bring to boil.
Serve hot with pepper powder and croutons.
8 medium sized potatoes,
boiled and mashed,
salt 1 tsp,
red chilli powder 1 tsp,
chopped coriander leaves a handful,
oil for cooking 6 tablespoons
