My favorite homade salad dressing.

This salad dressing is rich in Fiber and very satisfying. Pour over a mixed green salad or lightly steamed veggies.
Olive Oil, .75 cup (remove)
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
*Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 2 tsp (remove)
Cider Vinegar, 0.50 cup (remove)
Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Way back before I was a vegetarian, I use to love fried buffalo wings and buffalo salads with loads of blue cheese. SO unhealthy!!! Now I use this recipe at least 4 times a week and it's delicious, satisfying and really helps me get my veggies in for the day. At 250 calories and 13 grams of protein for a giant salad, you can't go wrong.
