I love chai tea, so I mixed the spices I usually use when I make chai into a pumpkin coconut soup. Different and delicious! I only cook for myself, so this is one serving. I like to eat this for lunch along with 1/2 a sandwich.
Feel free to play with the spices, and use what you have on hand.
