A creamy lemon and yogurt sauce takes the bitterness from the sprouts. Complimented by the subtle bitterness of swiss cheese and nutty flavor of whole wheat pasta, the sprouts are "not your mom's greens"
Add 1/2 tsp season all and use wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar. Combine all ingredients and serve over romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and fresh croutons.

This salad is perfect as a side to meat ,chicken or even tuna or cheese, it can be served warm (if you mix in the steamed kale while hot) or it can be served cold, whatever your tastebuds fancy!
This makes a very large dinner salad. I put our plates on the counter and make each plate as I cut up the ingredients. If someone doesn't want an item I just leave it off of their plate. We eat it twice a week for our dinner and are very fulfilled. We try to use fresh ingredients and vary if items are not available. This is a big hit in my household!
