Low-fat, high protein salad. Preferred dressing: Basic Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing (can be found in the recipe locator)
A rich dressing that, while not super low in calories, can add spark and bite to the simplest of leafy green salads. The trick is in the preparation. I picked this up from a friend in France who actually whisked the ingredients in a bowl before adding the salad on top, but I find it easier making it separately in a glass and then pouring over salad.
This is a family favorite.... So I made it low fat. And we loved it even better! Even the kids, who don't normally eat veggies love this.
I heard a version of this on NPR. If you like tomatoes, onions, and avocado...this will make your mouth explode with taste!

I enjoy a good chef salad with my favorite salad toppings. I typically eat this with some fruit and or crackers
Just salad with chicken and tomatoes and cheese.
Add corn chips and avocado if you want but don't forget to add to your tracker :)

This Salad/Side dish is great for a light warm meal or as a nice side for beef, chicken or pork. The height that the greens give could really impress guests and family when paired with meats.
chop 2 or 3 cloves fresh garlic add to olive oil and balsamic vinegar shake and serve.
